Something beyond nature. Senkin Organic Natural is a “super-natural” sake revived using an ancient technique. The completely additive-free world (only rice, rice malt, and water) fully draws out the energy of organic rice “Kame-no-o,” which has returned to its origins from the seed, to create the unique world of Senkin.
The idea of “Natural” transcends and connects all different genres. Even the different cultures of vin naturel and craft beer can be connected by “naturals” and will make all manufacturing “borderless”.
Edo Style,” an ultra-ancient production method. A super-natural sake made by reviving the Edo Period production method in the modern age. Elegant aroma full of fruitiness, concentrated sweetness and acidity are in good harmony, and the finish is clear.

The key concept of the brand is “Natur (nature) x Traditional (tradition)” with the policy of making a domaine where all the raw material rice is harvested from own rice fields on the same water vein as the brewing water (underground water).
