Known as “Viridian”, a work using Akita’s high-grade sake rice “Misato Nishiki”. The rice polishing ratio of the raw material rice is 50% using flat rice polishing, which is the polishing that maximizes the potential of “Misato Nishiki”. You can fully enjoy the plump taste immediately after pressing, but it also has a long-term aging ability that can be compared to Ash Earth.
