Commonly known as “Ecru”. Bottom line of Colors series using sake rice “Sake Komachi”, born in Akita. Like Lapis, it is polished using “flat rice polishing”. You can enjoy the pure taste that is unique to “Sake Komachi”, reminiscent of melted snow in cold regions. As an entry model, it is a sake that many people would like to enjoy.
